The cricket team will conclude its successful tour today - so successful that several players that may have been on the fringe of the selectors minds they have to be serious contenders to be picked. I'm going to toss out 15 names who I think should be on the squad and would like you to put up your 15 as well. In no particular order: Irving Romaine, David Hemp, Sluggo, Lionel Cann, Chris Douglas, Kevin Hurdle, George O'Brien, Stefan Kelly, Rodney Trott, Delyone Borden, Glenn Blakeney, Janeiro Tucker, Fiqre Crockwell, Stephen Outerbridge and Jacobi Robinson.
My pick would be:Lionel Cann,David Hemp,Sluggo, Chris douglas, George O'Brien, Stefan Kelly, Rodney Trott, Delyone Borden, Janeiro Tucker, Fiqre Crockwell, Stephen Outerbridge,Kevin Hurdle,Arthur Pitcher,Glen Blakeney,Tamauri Tucker.
I don't think that Irving Romaine merits a place in the team at present. I'm not convinced about glen Blakeney either but there doesn't seem to be a ready made alternative!

A lot would depend on how healthy both Glenn and Kevin are.

I like (in order) Douglas, Crockwell, Outerbridge, Hemp, Blakeney, J. Tucker, Cann, Trott, Robinson, O'Brien Leverock. Reserves: Borden, Romaine, Kelly, Edness.
That leaves out Hurdle, but he's an injury risk who hasn't played much this past year. I'm not really sold on Arthur Pitcher.

It's an unfortunate way to miss out, but I don't think they can risk carrying two or three guys currently injured. One is plenty.
Romaine, Hemp, Outerbridge, Douglas, Crockwell, Cann, J Tucker, Trott, Borden, J Robinson, Leverock, T Tucker, O'Brien, Hurdle, Kelly.
That said they'll probably count on Blakeney getting back to full health and grant him a slot on this squad.
